  I'm giving you fair warning!
  During our 11 years here in Allensville we have purchased a two car garage, run-in shed, a bridge, a dog kennel, had an overhang built off the barn and had a shed brought down from Houtzdale by Mountain Road structures, Joe Lapp with an estimated total cost of $25,000. Three years ago our $2800 dog kennel roof started leaking and when I checked into possibly having it replaced this year Joe said he would provide the materials if I pay for the labor because they had failed to put tar paper under the shingles. Long story short I never heard from him so two weeks later I called he said he thought he did it, okay I'll be in touch two weeks later still no Joe. Called him three times over the next month left messages he wouldn't even answer my calls nor did he return messages when I left them. So we stopped in at McVeytown when he was there. Nick went in and politely discussed the issue Joe picked up a work order said we'll take care of it Thursday. No one showed up waited until the next Thursday still no Joe. I'm afraid we'll have to take the next step and make the public aware of his dishonesty. I'm not angry, I'm just disappointed in a person who portrayed himself as being a good Christian.
